At ProVisas, we believe you should know exactly what your immigration advisory costs before you commit. All fees are published, explained in plain language, and disclosed in writing before any work begins.
The final fee may vary based on the complexity of your case. If health or character issues are present, additional work may be required — we will always discuss this with you before proceeding.

Our professional advisory fees cover your full case — from eligibility assessment to application lodgement and ongoing communication with INZ. All fees are exclusive of GST.

Note: All fees are indicative and exclusive of GST. The final fee is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Complex cases involving health, character, or multiple applications may fall outside these ranges — we always discuss this with you first.

What's Not Included
The following are separate from our advisory fees and paid directly to the relevant authorities:
- INZ government application fees — varies by visa type (e.g. AEWV: NZ$1,540, Residence from Work: NZ$6,490)
- Medical examination — approximately NZ$400–$600
- Police clearance certificates — varies by country
- Translation and notarisation — if documents are not in English
- Courier and postage fees — if applicable

No. Our professional advisory fees are separate from INZ government application fees, medical examination costs, police clearance fees, and other third-party charges. We explain all expected costs upfront.

Agreed professional fees will not increase without explanation. If additional work is required beyond the original scope, we discuss and get your written approval first.
It depends on the outcome. If at the end of the consultation we determine we cannot help you, there is no charge. If we identify a viable pathway and you choose not to proceed at that time, a consultation fee of NZD $99 + GST applies. This fee is fully credited back if you become a client within 3 months of the initial consultation.
Immigration issues (PPI responses, appeals, deportation defence) are more complex and carry higher fees. PPI responses: NZ$1,500-$2,750. Appeals: NZ$3,000-$6,000. All disclosed before work begins.
