About Provisas
ProVisas was founded in 2013 around one idea: every migrant deserves the same standard of immigration advice that big corporates get from in-house counsel at fees you can actually plan around. We work directly under the IAA Code of Conduct 2014, with founder-led representation from first enquiry through INZ decision.

Book Free ConsultationYou absolutely can apply yourself — for simple cases, we'll often tell you to. Where licensed advice earns its fee is in complex policy, borderline points totals, previous declines, or high-stakes investor and partnership files. If your case is straightforward we'll say so during the free consultation.
Every engagement starts with a written fixed-fee quote after the free consultation. As a guide: visitor and student visa engagements typically start under NZD 1,000. AEWV engagements run in the mid-thousands. SMC Residency, Active Investor Plus, and complex matters are quoted per matter. No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons.
Yes. Our principal adviser holds a full IAA licence (201301110), verifiable on the Immigration Advisers Authority public register at iaa.govt.nz. All advice is provided under that licence. If anyone offers immigration advice without a licence in New Zealand, walk away.
We work with certified translators for any language your application requires. Consultations are conducted in English; translated correspondence is arranged on a per-matter basis when evidence requires it.
Yes — by appointment, including evenings and Saturdays. Video consultations are available any weekday.
We stay with you. Every written engagement includes one round of post-decision advice at no extra cost — whether that's a reconsideration request, Section 61 request, or ministerial appeal. If further representation is needed, we quote it in writing up-front.
Yes — we routinely handle both sides of AEWV matters. We can run employer accreditation and Job Check in parallel with the worker's visa preparation, which usually shortens the combined timeline.
Call us first, as soon as possible. Time-sensitive cases get same-day triage where possible. If interim or further temporary visas are required to maintain your lawful status, we handle those before we look at the longer pathway.
