ProVisas advisory fees run from NZD $800 + GST for a Working Holiday Visa to $19,500 + GST for an Active Investor Plus Visa. An Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) is $2,000 to $3,600, residence visas mostly sit between $4,000 and $8,450, and INZ’s own application fees are paid on top. All fees below are NZD, exclusive of GST, and indicative (the final fee is confirmed in writing in your engagement letter before any work begins). Complex cases involving health, character, or multiple applications may fall outside these ranges.

Every licensed immigration adviser in New Zealand must set fees that are fair and reasonable in the circumstances (iaa.govt.nz). The Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA) lists what goes into a fair fee, including how complex and urgent the application is, whether it is lodged in New Zealand or offshore, how many people it includes, and whether third-party costs are included. That is why fees differ between advisers, and the IAA suggests speaking to more than one before you choose.
The fees below apply to onshore clients (applicants who are resident or physically present in New Zealand when we start work on their case). Onshore engagements typically allow in-person consultations at our Manukau, Papakura or Hamilton offices and streamlined document collection.
Offshore clients (applicants located overseas, including the Cambodian community we work with through our Khmer-speaking team): please request a tailored quote. Offshore advisory engagements involve additional document collection, translation, in-country liaison, and case management coordination across time zones, which is reflected in the engagement-specific fee. Professional advisory fees are separate from INZ government fees and any third-party costs (medical examinations, police certificates, translations, courier fees). All expected external costs are explained upfront so there are no surprises.
