Complaints
If you have a concern about my service, I want to hear about it directly first. If we can't resolve it together, you can escalate to the Immigration Advisers Authority.
Step 1 — Talk to me directly
Email me at contact@provisas.co.nz with the subject line "Complaint" and a clear description of what's not working. I'll respond within 5 business days.

Step 2 — Internal resolution
I aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. If the matter is complex and requires more time, I'll let you know in writing with an updated timeline.
During this period, I'll keep you informed of progress and any decisions made.
Step 3 — Escalate to the IAA
If you're not satisfied with my response, or if you'd rather raise the concern directly with the regulator, you can complain to the Immigration Advisers Authority.
The IAA is the statutory body that regulates licensed immigration advisers in New Zealand. They handle complaints about adviser conduct independently.
