How it works
Submit the short form below. We need your name, contact details, country of origin, and a brief outline of what you're hoping to achieve.
An IAA-licensed adviser calls you back within 24 hours to discuss your situation, map your pathway options, and quote a fixed fee in writing.
If you decide to proceed, we send you a written engagement letter covering scope, fees, and how we handle your information. You review and sign.
Once engaged, you receive secure upload instructions for your documents (passport, employment records, qualifications, etc.). We file each one against your case.
Your assigned adviser prepares your application, reviews every page, and lodges directly with Immigration New Zealand on your behalf.

Provisas uses a private AI workbench to help us draft your case work faster and more accurately. Every draft is reviewed and signed off by a Licensed Immigration Adviser before anything is sent to you, to Immigration New Zealand, or to any other party. The AI is a drafting tool, not your adviser.
Your case information is stored on infrastructure we control in New Zealand, and on Google Workspace in Australia under an authorised-processor agreement. When the AI helps draft complex correspondence, your direct identifiers (name, INZ client number, passport, IRD, address, date of birth) are automatically replaced with placeholder codes before any cloud processing. The AI receives the placeholders, not your direct identifiers.
Your information is used only for your matter at Provisas. It is not shared with any other immigration adviser, law firm, education adviser, or other business — including other businesses under common ownership — without your separate written consent.
