What clients say

Real outcomes. Real people. Real stakes.

"A massive shoutout to professional visa solutions for helping me secure my Accredited Employer Work Visa. Jessica & Mayur was incredibly knowledgeable about the strict multi-step process, from checking my employer’s accreditation status to aligning the paperwork perfectly with the approved job check. They made sure every document met Immigration New Zealand's exact standards on the first try. The communication was stellar throughout, and my visa was approved much faster than I expected Highly recommend their services to anyone moving down under."

Plenty of people apply themselves and do fine. Licensed advice earns its fee in complex policy, borderline points totals, previous declines, or high-stakes investor and partnership files. On the free call we'll explain what's involved and what it would cost, and you decide from there.

Every engagement starts with a written fixed-fee quote after the free call. As a guide: AEWV engagements run in the mid-thousands. SMC Residency, Active Investor Plus, and complex matters are quoted per matter. No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons.

Yes. Our principal adviser holds a full IAA licence (201301110), verifiable on the Immigration Advisers Authority public register at iaa.govt.nz. All advice is provided under that licence. If anyone offers immigration advice without a licence in New Zealand, walk away.

We work with certified translators for any language your application requires. Consultations are conducted in English; translated correspondence is arranged on a per-matter basis when evidence requires it.

Yes, by appointment, including evenings and Saturdays. Video consultations are available any weekday.

We stay with you. Every written engagement includes one round of post-decision advice at no extra cost: whether that's a reconsideration request, Section 61 request, or ministerial appeal. If further representation is needed, we quote it in writing up-front.

Yes, we routinely handle both sides of AEWV matters. We can run employer accreditation and Job Check in parallel with the worker's visa preparation, which usually shortens the combined timeline.

Call us first, as soon as possible. Time-sensitive cases get same-day triage where possible. If interim or further temporary visas are required to maintain your lawful status, we handle those before we look at the longer pathway.
